Nicole Bachman
Coordinator of Care Advocacy
Nicole Bachman joined the firm in August of 2021 as the Coordinator of Care Advocacy. She works directly with our Life Care Planning clients, community resources, and networks to build better relationships in the community.
Prior to joining Bucks County Elder Law, Nicole spent over two decades working with family dynamics and program development in the child welfare field. She has extensive work history as a Medical Social Worker and Hospice Social Worker.
Nicole takes great pride in working hand in hand with the clients she serves and being a support and resource during a time of need. She enjoys working in a small, family-oriented work environment that is reflected in the work she performs.
Nicole received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Cedar Crest College with minors in Social Work and Sociology. She continued her education at the University of Pennsylvania where she received her Masters Degree in Social Work. She is a Licensed Social Worker in Pennsylvania and has obtained the Respecting Choices Advanced Care Planning Certification. She continues to build on her education by attending the Life Care Planning Certification program through Stockton University. She is a member of the Life Care Planning Law Firm Association; National Association of Social Workers; Bucks County Networking Group; Dementia Friendly Newtown Member and Bucks County Women’s Networking Group among others.
Nicole is a Bucks County native and returned to the area to raise her children around family. Nicole spends her free time with her husband, two sons and two dogs. She enjoys attending her children’s activities, family gatherings, taking trips to the beach, baking and reading.
