Caroline Abbott joined Bucks County Elder Law in 2025 as a Care Advocate. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with experience in long-term care, hospice, and home care. She enjoys building meaningful relationships and working closely with care teams, community partners, and loved ones to ensure every client feels supported and has access to any needed resource. Caroline believes that what matters most to you should always guide your care, and she is dedicated to advocating for your needs while helping you achieve your highest level of well-being.
Caroline earned her Bachelor of Social Work at Eastern University in Radnor, PA. She then ventured west to the University of Denver where she received her Master of Social Work with a concentration in Aging Policy and Services and a Certificate in Animal Assisted Social Work. She is an LCSW in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is a Certified Dementia Practitioner. Her next goal is to become a Death Doula, one who provides guidance and holistic support for individuals and loved ones at the end of their life.
In Caroline’s free time, she enjoys cooking a new recipe, keeping up with this year’s Oscar nominated films, and planning the next travel adventure with her family.
