Ashley Ford has been connected to long-term care for most of her life. She started out volunteering at the nursing home where her mom worked, then returned after college to take a job as a receptionist, quickly moving up to Medicaid Coordinator. From there, she explored other roles, including Admissions Director, Discharge Planner, and Medicaid Specialist, all of which added layers to her understanding of the Medicaid system.

Since 2014, Ashley has helped families navigate the complex world of long-term care and Medicaid eligibility in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania. She’s known for her calm, clear approach, and her ability to break down overwhelming processes into manageable steps. With a strong memory for rules and a practical, people-first mindset, she works closely with clients and county offices to move cases forward smoothly.

Ashley is passionate about making the system more accessible and less intimidating for the people who rely on it. She believes that the right guidance can make all the difference.

Outside the office, she enjoys cooking, gardening, photography, live music, spending time in nature, and hanging out with her cats and family.
