Thoughtful Planning for Every Stage of Life’s Journey

As time goes by, your family will begin to face new challenges. Your financial circumstances and health care needs will change. So, too, will the laws that govern taxes, the protection of assets, eligibility for assistance from Medicaid to pay for long-term care, and more.

While you can’t predict the future, you can plan for it. At Bucks County Elder Law, we’ve been helping families plan for life’s inevitable changes for more than 30 years. From the moment you step into our offices, you become part of our family, and we will do everything we can to help you prepare for whatever the future may hold.

Henry and the entire team worked with me to help my mom navigate her estate documents and nursing home care. They are compassionate and supportive in addition to being experts. I highly recommend their services.

After an event in our family, we determined we should update our legal documents. Reached out to Bucks County Elder Law and we’re happy to hear of their offer of a complimentary first visit. Henry was great. We came in with an idea of what we needed and Henry’s excellent advice was much appreciated. We can not say enough about his staff. From the Director of First Impressions (Kim) to his associates, they were all great. Thank you.

My family contacted Bucks County Elder Law several years ago, as a result of a family crisis, involving my mother's declining health and her inability to continue to live independently. I live four hours away, was unfamiliar with the services and resources available, and our family had difficulties making decisions on how to best help my mom. Henry's team was outstanding then and they continue to offer support to my mom and my family today. They have helped put services and people in place, so that I can trust my mom is getting good care, is safe, and that her wishes and rights are clearly articulated and respected. My more long-term relationship with Bucks County Elder Law has helped me feel like I have partners who are well versed in my mom's needs and can support our family in decision making, as my mom moves through the aging process.

My mother went in Assisted Living last year when I had an initial consult with Henry Carpenter and staff. I was very impressed from the start because I was given a lot of information. In 2020 my mother fell and broke her femur and we needed immediate help because my mother went into the nursing home. Henry Carpenter and his staff walked me through organizing finances to Cherill applying for Medicaid. They made me feel like family! My mother is settled now and getting excellent care thanks to Henry and staff. If you have a parent in need of care with finances or estate planning, please call Bucks County Elder Law, then you will rest easy every night like me, my siblings and my mother.
